Olive's Fresh Pizza

Two lifelong friends decide to open an eclectic pizza joint in their own backyard of Excelsior, MN. Olive’s Fresh is a table service pizza restaurant located in the heart of downtown Excelsior on Water Street. Our pizzas are made from homemade dough rolled into a thin crust and baked in our wood fired oven. We encourage you to try one of our 12 unique signature pizzas, but you can find your good ol’ cheese, sausage, and pepperoni on our menu as well. Be sure to share a salad, or better yet stop by our happy hour to enjoy our variation on popular appetizer specials. Our beer tap features local favorites from Excelsior Brewing Co. as well as smaller breweries around the country and our wine menu is tough to beat.
